Quotations: Every job is quoted completely by phase based on client guidelines and our recommendations. Ad&i will revise and adjust project parameters to assure the highest possible client value at a budget agreeable to the client. All projects require an authorized client Purchase Order to be issued to Ad&i that mirrors our quotation to the client. Frequently guidelines adapt as a project evolves, or client additions or content changes occur that may have affect on the quotation. In such cases a revised quotation is immediately presented for client approval before the project proceeds.

 

Delivery: Schedules are established that insure timely delivery. Any project changes that may affect delivery are immediately advised to the client.

Rush Fees:No project is charged a rush fee. Timely, well planned schedules are critical to the creativity and high success of a project. If project timetables are too short, Ad&i may prefer not to take on the project. However, we also realize client opportunities arise that require extraordinary effort. Ad&i is always able to meet those challenges for our clients.

Kill Fees: Client will be liable for all expenses and work completed on any project terminated for any reason during any phase of work

Terms: New Client first jobs are requested to pay 50% advance by phase, balance due upon completion of each phase respectively: Creative Phases, Digital Production Phase 1 and Print/Output Production Phase 2. After credit reviews and our approvals, clients may pay net 30 days. All jobs are invoiced by completion of phase.

Discounts: None, except by special arrangement.

Payments: Ad&i is able to take payments on your American Express Card. Payments are expected promptly within 30 days of invoice date.

Past Due Accounts: 1.5% per month finance charge will be applied to all amounts unpaid by due date.

Default: Accounts over 60 days past due may be subject to collection actions. Debtor will pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys' fees, unpaid balance and all finance charges.

Tax: 6% Connecticut State Sales Tax as it applies is billed in addition to all quotations. Exemptions or reductions for services according to tax codes, or qualified resale, non-profit or out-of-state client sales are allowed.
